Quick fixes for common issues
  1. Check your email and password, then try again.
  2. Reset your password here: Forgot password.
  3. If your company uses SSO (Okta / Microsoft / Google), choose Sign in with SSO and use your work email.

  1. Look in Spam/Junk and “Promotions”.
  2. Whitelist @konto.is in your mail settings and request a new code.

  1. Force-quit the app and reopen.
  2. Update to the latest version from the App Store.
  3. Restart your device and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
