Quick fixes for common issues
Can’t sign in
- Check your email and password, then try again.
- Reset your password here: Forgot password.
- If your company uses SSO (Okta / Microsoft / Google), choose Sign in with SSO and use your work email.
Didn’t receive the verification email
- Look in Spam/Junk and “Promotions”.
- Whitelist
@konto.isin your mail settings and request a new code.
App is slow or not updating
- Force-quit the app and reopen.
- Update to the latest version from the App Store.
- Restart your device and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
