- 1
Lagerstaða úr Konto: Stilltu SKU á hverri vöru
Farðu í
Vörur → Breyta vöru → Product data → Inventory. Skráðu vörunúmerið úr Konto í reitinn „SKU“ — á skjámyndinni er það „1“. Samstillingin byggir á því að SKU = vörunúmer í Konto og kveikir sjálfkrafa á „Track stock quantity“ fyrir tengdar vörur; þú þarft ekki að gera það handvirkt.- Afbrigði (variations) með eigið SKU-númer tengjast hvert fyrir sig þeirri vöru í Konto sem hefur sama vörunúmer.
- Afbrigði án SKU tengjast í gegnum móðurvöruna og nota lagerstöðu hennar.

- 2
Virkjaðu samstillingu í Konto-stillingunum
Farðu í
WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Konto → Inventory. Gakktu úr skugga um að „Inventory add-on: active“ sjáist efst á síðunni — ef ekki þarftu að virkja Lagerstöðu-viðbótina undirStillingar → Lagerstaðaí Konto (sjá leiðbeiningar um Lagerstöðu í Konto á heim.konto.is). Hakaðu síðan við „Sync stock from Konto inventory (lots) every 15 minutes“ og ýttu á „Save changes“.
- 3
„SKUs not in Konto: MUG-1, R-1“ — þær vörur haldast óbreyttar.
- Hvenær næsta sjálfvirka samstilling er áætluð.
Ýttu á „Sync stock now“ (Samstilla lager núna) til að fá tafarlausar uppfærslur án þess að bíða eftir næsta 15 mínútna fresti.

- 4
Staðfestu lagerstöðu úr Konto í vörulista
Farðu í
WooCommerce → Products. Í „Stock“-dálknum sérðu uppfærðar tölur, t.d. „In stock (33)“. Talan endurspeglar seljanlegan lager (lotur sem ekki eru útrunnar) að frádregnum einingum sem bíða reikningsfærslu í Konto. Breyttu alltaf lagerstöðunni í Konto — næsta samstilling skrifar töluna úr Konto yfir allar handvirkar breytingar í WooCommerce.
- 5
Reikningur dregur af lotum í réttri röð
Þegar Konto gefur út reikning dregur kerfið einingar af lotum í réttri röð — sú lota sem fyrst rennur út er notuð fyrst (FEFO). Á pöntuninni í WooCommerce sérðu færslu á borð við:
„Konto invoice MRFS-1055 issued with a bank claim. Konto lots: 1: R-2609 × 2; 2: P-2026 × 1“

Skráðu lagerstöðu og lotur þar (sjá leiðbeiningar um Lagerstöðu í Konto á heim.konto.is) — WooCommerce sækir þær sjálfkrafa við næstu samstillingu.

Stock sync from Konto to WooCommerce
Stock sync from Konto runs automatically every 15 minutes, keeping WooCommerce up to date — no manual work needed. Konto is always the master: change stock in Konto and the shop follows automatically. When an invoice is issued, Konto draws units from lots in the correct order and records which lots were used directly on the order. This guide assumes the Konto plugin is already installed and connected — see Setup (part 1 of this series).
- 1
Stock sync from Konto: set the SKU on each product
Go to
Products → Edit product → Product data → Inventory. Enter the Konto item number in the “SKU” field — in the screenshot this is “1”. The sync is built on the rule that SKU = item number in Konto and automatically enables “Track stock quantity” for matched products; you do not need to do this manually.- Variations with their own SKU are each linked to the Konto item that shares the same item number.
- Variations without a SKU are linked through the parent product and use its stock level.

- 2
Enable sync in the Konto settings
Go to
WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Konto → Inventory. Check that “Inventory add-on: active” appears at the top of the page — if not, enable the Konto Inventory add-on underSettings → Inventoryin Konto (see the Konto stock guide on heim.konto.is). Then tick “Sync stock from Konto inventory (lots) every 15 minutes” and click “Save changes”.
- 3
Check sync status and sync immediately
At the bottom of the settings page, “Stock sync status” shows:
- When the last sync ran and how many products were updated or left unchanged.
- Konto items with no lots registered.
- WooCommerce SKUs not found in Konto, e.g. “SKUs not in Konto: MUG-1, R-1” — those products are left untouched.
- The scheduled time of the next automatic sync.
Click “Sync stock now” to get an immediate update without waiting for the next 15-minute cycle.

- 4
Confirm stock levels from Konto in the product list
Go to
WooCommerce → Products. In the “Stock” column you will see updated figures, e.g. “In stock (33)”. The number reflects sellable stock (non-expired lots) minus units awaiting invoicing in Konto. Always change stock in Konto — the next sync will overwrite any manual changes in WooCommerce with the figure from Konto.
- 5
Invoices draw from lots in the correct order
When Konto issues an invoice it draws units from lots in the correct order — the lot expiring soonest is used first (FEFO). On the order in WooCommerce you will see a note such as:
“Konto invoice MRFS-1055 issued with a bank claim. Konto lots: 1: R-2609 × 2; 2: P-2026 × 1”
Expired lots are never used. For details on refunds and how stock levels from Konto are updated after a return, see part 3: Refunds and credit notes.

Set SKUs on all products before enabling stock sync from Konto
Products without a matching item number in Konto are left untouched — the sync ignores them and their stock level in WooCommerce stays unchanged. Check “Stock sync status” to see which SKUs have no match and add them to Konto if needed.
An order awaiting invoicing holds its units in reserve
While an order has not yet been invoiced in Konto, the stock level in WooCommerce may be lower than in Konto — this is intentional to prevent the same unit from being sold twice.
Register stock and lots in Konto
All stock management happens in Konto. Register stock levels and lots there (see the Konto stock guide on heim.konto.is) — WooCommerce fetches them automatically at the next sync.

Synchronizacja stanów magazynowych z Konto do WooCommerce
Gdy faktura zostaje wystawiona, Konto pobiera jednostki z partii we właściwej kolejności i rejestruje, które partie zostały użyte, bezpośrednio w zamówieniu.
- 1
Synchronizacja stanów z Konto: ustaw SKU dla każdego produktu
Przejdź do
Products → Edit product → Product data → Inventory.

- 2
Włącz synchronizację w ustawieniach Konto
Przejdź do
WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Konto → Inventory. Upewnij się, że na górze strony widnieje napis „Inventory add-on: active” — jeśli nie, aktywuj dodatek Konto Inventory wSettings → Inventoryw Konto (zob. przewodnik po magazynie Konto na heim.konto.is). Następnie zaznacz „Sync stock from Konto inventory (lots) every 15 minutes” i kliknij „Save changes”.
- 3
Sprawdź status synchronizacji i zsynchronizuj od razu
Na dole strony ustawień sekcja „Stock sync status” pokazuje:
- Kiedy odbyła się ostatnia synchronizacja i ile produktów zostało zaktualizowanych lub pozostało bez zmian.
- Produkty Konto bez zarejestrowanych partii.
„SKUs not in Konto: MUG-1, R-1” — te produkty są pomijane.
- Planowany czas kolejnej automatycznej synchronizacji.
Kliknij „Sync stock now” (Synchronizuj magazyn teraz), aby uzyskać natychmiastową aktualizację bez czekania na kolejny 15-minutowy cykl.

- 4
Potwierdź stany magazynowe z Konto na liście produktów
Przejdź do
WooCommerce → Products. W kolumnie „Stock” zobaczysz zaktualizowane liczby, np. „In stock (33)”. Liczba odzwierciedla sprzedawalny stan magazynowy (partie nieprzeterminowane) pomniejszony o jednostki oczekujące na zafakturowanie w Konto. Zawsze zmieniaj stany magazynowe w Konto — kolejna synchronizacja nadpisze wszelkie ręczne zmiany w WooCommerce wartością z Konto.
- 5
Faktura pobiera jednostki z partii we właściwej kolejności
„Konto invoice MRFS-1055 issued with a bank claim. Konto lots: 1: R-2609 × 2; 2: P-2026 × 1”

Rejestruj stany magazynowe i partie w Konto
Całe zarządzanie magazynem odbywa się w Konto. Rejestruj stany magazynowe i partie tam (zob. przewodnik po magazynie Konto na heim.konto.is) — WooCommerce pobierze je automatycznie przy kolejnej synchronizacji.
